A label repeats what the entry publishes: its name, identifiers, editorial summary and the VERIFIED claims by evidence class. The QR code opens the permanent resolver address. Printing a label makes no one a SmellBook partner; it happens on your own computer, and SmellBook keeps no list of who prints labels.
