One Smell Page can hold several kinds of knowledge.
SmellBook does not turn an entire profile “scientific” because one fact has a citation. Evidence belongs to individual claims while cultural and editorial layers stay visibly separate.
A language, memory, product or social association that can vary by person and culture.
An early editorial relationship, route or product concept still being tested.
A future aggregate pattern derived from first-party user responses, with population/context shown.
A future model-generated relationship that must remain distinct from observed evidence.
Verify the claim. Do not over-certify the page.
A profile can contain a verified aroma-chemistry fact next to cultural color associations, personal-memory language and experimental nearby-smell links. The interface should make those differences obvious.
