Volatiles of grapefruit peel oil ↗

Cold-pressed peel oil of redblush grapefruit from Kenya had limonene (91.1%), α-terpinene and α-pinene as the main compounds; nootkatone, α- and β-sinensal and methyl N-methylanthranilate were described as prominent.

One grapefruit form from one locality; it reports the oil's composition, not a sensory analysis.
